At Toycel, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. This Shipment & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders, the timelines involved, and the terms related to shipping across India.


1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment verification. This includes order validation, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Customers will receive an email or SMS confirmation once the order has been successfully processed and dispatched.

  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Toycel offers nationwide delivery across India through trusted courier partners.

  • We provide free shipping on all orders all over India, unless otherwise stated for certain products or special shipping requests.

  • The standard delivery timeline is 5–7 business days, depending on the destination. However, delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.

  • In select locations, we may offer express shipping options at an additional cost. These charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a unique tracking ID will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number.

  • Customers can use this tracking ID on the courier partner’s official website to monitor their shipment status in real time.

  • If you face any issues with tracking your order, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.


4. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make at least two delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will contact the customer for rescheduling.

  • If the delivery is not completed due to an incorrect address, repeated non-availability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


5. Delivery Delays

  • While Toycel strives to deliver within the committed timelines, certain delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. These include courier delays, traffic disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

  • Toycel is not liable for such delays, but we will make every effort to coordinate with the courier partner to ensure the quickest possible resolution.


6. International Shipping

  • At present, Toycel does not offer international shipping. Orders are accepted and delivered only within India.

  • Any updates regarding overseas delivery will be communicated on our website in the future.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is delivered in a damaged condition, please inform us immediately with pictures of the parcel and product so that we can raise the issue with the courier partner.

  • In the rare event of a lost shipment, Toycel will coordinate with the courier service to either resend the product (if in stock) or provide an appropriate resolution/refund.


8. Change of Address

  • Customers may request a change of shipping address only before the order is dispatched.

  • Once shipped, the address cannot be modified, and any re-shipping due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
