Returns & Refund Policy

At Toycel, we prioritize customer satisfaction and want you to have complete confidence when shopping with us. While we strive to deliver only the best-quality products, there may be rare cases where a return or refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and processes related to returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided one of the following applies:

    • The product delivered is damaged or defective.

    • An incorrect product was delivered compared to the order.

  • To ensure a smooth return process:

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.

    • A video of the package being opened is mandatory to claim a return. Without this video proof, returns will not be accepted.

    • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products are non-returnable under any circumstances, including:

    • Customized or personalized products made as per customer requests.

    • Products damaged due to improper handling, exposure to water/moisture, accidents, or storage issues after delivery.

    • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events, if specifically marked as “non-returnable.”


3. How to Return

  • When contacting us, please provide:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for the return

    • Relevant photos or videos clearly showing the issue with the product

  • Once the return request is reviewed and approved, our team will share step-by-step instructions on how to return the product.


4. Return Shipping

  • In cases where the return is due to an error from Toycel (e.g., wrong product or damaged item), we will arrange for the return pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

  • If the return is initiated for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for items approved under the return policy.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected:

    • If approved, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

    • In cases of partial damage, missing accessories, or packaging issues, Toycel reserves the right to provide a partial refund instead of a full one.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Fulfillment: Customers may cancel their order any time before the order is processed and shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at 📧 anjana@toycel.com or 📱 +91 96637 05002 with your order details.

  • After Fulfillment: Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. In such cases, customers can only proceed through our return and refund process (if applicable).

  • Refund for Cancellations: If the cancellation request is approved before fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


7. Exchange Policy

  • At present, Toycel does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order separately.


8. Responsibility of Customers

  • Customers must ensure accurate information is provided during the return request.

  • Toycel reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.

  • Failure to comply with the video proof requirement or shipping instructions may result in the denial of the refund/return request.
