Yes definitely, we ensure that we have taken all the precautions to mane the toys ecofriendly and child safe. Most of all the toys at our place is made of wood and we strictly maintain the quality of the product.
the product is replaced or returned only if it is damaged with in 24hrs of the delivery. You can mail us with reason of return with the damaged product. Cancelling of product is done only before the order has been shipped.
The delivery time would be 3 to 4 working days after dispatch in Bangalore and areas around the city will depend on the pincode.
We can process only one shipping address per order.
The basic shipping charge is of 60 rs/kg which may vary depending on the weight of the product.
Yes paying 12 %GST is mandatory for toys and 18 % for customised gifts.
